This Society should be known as Mid Level Ophthalmic Society of Bangladesh. The area of operation of the Society shall be extended all over Bangladesh. It is a Non-profitable, Non-political, Non- Government Voluntary & Charitable Society . All the objectives mentioned hereunder will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the government /Concerned authority and objects contrary to the provision of section 20 of Act shall be treated as ineffective.
